To six month time limitation
Boyd Interactive Gaming, MGM Resorts Online LLC and Golden Nugget have applied for a second waiver of the six month time limitation set by the Nevada State Gaming Control Board (NGCB) to have their online operations up and running from date of license award.
The applications will be heard in the NGCB's meeting scheduled for Wednesday, October 9 but the extensions are expected to be granted without any further action...(more)

For the first time, poker players can extend their gamesmanship by participating in a major video-game tournament using multiple platforms: mobile, desktop, social media and on location at the Pascua Yaqui–owned Casino Del Sol in Tucson, Arizona.
“More than 1.5 million people have played Game King Video Poker at DoubleDown Casino since its launch in April, making it our fastest growing table game,” John Clelland, vice president of global marketing at International Game Technology, told Indian Gaming Magazine.
