Spin Games LLC and Interblock USA LC announced today the signing of a content licensing agreement between the two companies. As part of the agreement, both companies will be displaying the product at this year's Global Gaming Expo. The license agreement encompasses Spin Games Video Poker product, being deployed on Interblock's Organic Bar Top™, which has already proven to be a highly successful product in Maryland Live. Spin will license Interblock, 8 distinctive poker products from its Video Poker Royale™ poker suite, including Jester Poker™, Jacks or Better™ and Regal Poker™. Earlier this month, the Division of Gaming Enforcement put Atlantic City’s casino operators on notice –
too many of them have submitted applications with “omissions” and other “failures” of detail-providing on their bids to be in the first wave of those offering online casino gaming to those in New Jersey later this year.

Is Nevada’s online poker market already in need of a boost from interstate gambling compacts? While no one is hitting the panic button just yet, Silver State operators are more than keen to see their audience expand before the real money casino online market gets too competitive.
Worries about whether Nevada’s relatively small population (2.75 million) could support multiple operators have been a concern since the idea of regulated online poker first popped up a couple years ago. Those concerns were addressed this weekend in an article in the Las Vegas Review Journal (LVRJ) titled, Bottom Line in Web Poker: Nevada Needs Compacts with Other States.

All American Poker Network (AAPN), the joint venture between online gaming operator 888 and investment firm Avenue Capital Group, has entered into a partnership with Wynn Interactive, subsidiary of US casino resort operator Wynn Resorts, to develop Wynn's online offering in regulated US states.
Powered by the 888 platform, AAPN has already gone live with in Nevada with Caesars' Interactive Entertainment's WSOP brand and is going through the licensing process in New Jersey...(more)

In poker news the Nevada Gaming Commission (NGC) has rubber stamped a deal between Golden Gaming, Treasure Island Hotel & Casino (TI) and 888.com, that will see the largest slots operator in Nevada begin promoting the yet to be launched online poker room to it’s hefty host of customers. The ink is now dry after the NGC initially gave preliminary approval for the marketing agreement a little under a fortnight ago; and just days after Caesars Interactive Entertainment (CIE) and 888.com launched WSOP.com in Nevada...(more)
